This is the last blog of the year! I'll update it at the beginning of the year!


What was the year this year?


Fujiwara had a dizzying year, opening a store in Aoyama 1-chome, creating a homepage, and so on.(*Be é ∀ ' *)ノ


Well, it is a reflection that the blog update has been stuck on the way


Private people, i was allowed to send a lot of fun, such as travel!


Claire Style also had yesterday, i was allowed to be the last! Thank you very much to everyone who came this year♪


Next year, i will design the body to the body which is beautiful, good looking, and shines colorfully as possible !!!

皆様、忘年会を楽しんでいらっしゃいますか？楽しいのはいいのですが、怖いのは次の日。


二日酔いにならなくとも、アルコールと塩分の摂り過ぎで、朝起きたら顔がパンパンに！…なんていう悲劇が起きますよね(^^;)


そこで今回は、顔パンパン二日酔い解消法をご紹介致します！
 

★『目の腫れ』にはお家にあるアレを使う？

それはご家庭にある、普通のスプーンです！

フツーのスプーン（大人用のディナースプーン）を2本、前の晩から冷凍庫に入れキンキンに凍らせておきます。時間がないときは、3分間入れておくだけでも十分冷たくなっています。


腫れた目の上に、スプーンを置いて数十秒目を冷やします。冷たいスプーンが皮膚を冷やし引き締めるので、目の腫れがキレイに取れ、白目の充血まで解消します。


冬は冷たくて寒いですが、まぁ少し時間なので我慢してやってみて下さい♪

 
★クマまで取れちゃう！


冷たいスプーンの腹を優しく目の下のクマに押していきましょう。血行不良で起きたクマがかなり改善されます。慢性的なクマに悩まされている方は、毎日行うと効果的ですよ！


とは言え、目のクマの根本的原因は、睡眠と栄養の不足だと言われています！これらが不足することで、繊細な目元の皮膚が血行不良になり、クマができてしまいます。


忙しい年末年始ですが、できるだけ休息と栄養を取り、疲れ肌にならないようご自分を労わってくださいね。


★顔の『ムクミ』を押し出そう！


アルコールや塩分の取り過ぎ、水分不足でも顔がムクんでしまいます。凍ったスプーンの腹を使い、頬の辺りから顔全体をそっと押していきましょう。


瞳の真下から1センチほど下がったところに『四白』というむくみ解消のツボがあります。


そこを優しくスプーンで押さえると、頬の血行を良くし、顔の筋肉を柔軟にして、顔のむくみを改善します。


他にも、小顔になったり、肌荒れや乾燥を防ぐツボが顔にはたくさんあります。難しく考えずに、気持ちが良いところをスプーンの腹で優しく押していきましょう。


この季節はあっと言う間にお肌もカラダも不健康になるので、家にあるものを上手に使って、冬美人をキープしておきましょうね♪
